Expressive Olympics is the international experimental jazz fusion group fronted by drummer Sam Ospovat.

Their album Blight Music, recorded in a burned-out, graffiti-covered waterfront warehouse in Brooklyn’s Bush Terminal, comes out Oct. 31 on Eclipse Music.

The transatlantic supergroup of improvisers is a unit that Ospovat has cultivated over several years. Individually they have collaborated with Lydia Lunch, Kool Keith, Bill Laswell, Cecil Taylor, Andrew Cyrille and Time Berne.
